  Beware!!!! They are scammers! I have leased 3 vehicles from them each with their own problems. Each time I had a different leasing agent and each leasing agent told them they were the honest one. This last vehicle was the worst of all. I received it sight unseen because they sent me the car facts and they were good. Everything checked out the pictures were good, the agent assured me that the car was in top shape. Well that was all a lie. I had nothing but problems. The battery died the day I got it. She sent me money on my ***** for that and told me not to tell the company. The visors fell and would hang down in my eyes. The radio would go in and out. The A/C went out 2 times. The list goes on and on. I went to a car dealership to buy my husband a car and they told mw they could buy me out of my lease. I could not believe it. Well when they ran the car facts...the car had 2 owners before me and it had been in 3 wrecks!!!! They lied and showed me false papers. This company is a liar and you should not do business with them. They took advantage of my naivety. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!1st let me say I take full responsibility for my naivety. I should have seen the warning signs and never had done business with this company. From the beginning, there were misunderstandings, later to realize they were lies. Lack of communication and customer service. So I am warning *********** NOT LEASSE FROM D & M LEASING!!! ******** customer service. They lie and do not stand behind their word. They tell you one thing then change what they tell you and when you question them, they NEVER said what you remember and the miscommunication is NEVER their fault. They tack on bogus fees and fees they are responsible for, they pass on to the customer. They tacked on $784.35 of additional fees to my buyout agreement that I was never made aware of until there was nothing I could do about them. Once they have you leasing one of their vehicles, they know there is nothing you can do but pay whatever they want you to. They are crooks, liars and cannot be trusted. BUYER BEWARE !!!

  Amazing car leasing experience! *************************** was so helpful, very patient with my expectations, never rushed me and made the whole process very smooth From start to finish everything was beyond expectation. Highly recommend!

  The first week or so was awesome communication and customer service. Then, after we found a car that fit my needsthe communication was almost non-existent. And when we had communication, it was all over the place, not accurate or just plain lies! After weeks of having the car for the repairs they promised to complete prior to finalizing the purchase, I get the car back and the repairs werent completely done right! Make sure you are ready for the run around if you go through them after you find a car.

  The process at D&M is so easy and they delivered the vehicle to my home. I skipped the dealership and after the initial conversation of what I wanted, ******* found the vehicle, agreed upon price and term and had the vehicle the next day.

  Company charges a fee for your return of the automobile beyond the normal monthly lease fee. It is just another up charge for the company to collect more than the agreed monthly lease.

  I want to share my D&M experience . The person in charge of my account is ***********************. ******* has given me great advice and everything he has told me was verified and correct. Long story short, last night he went beyond expectations. After finding the vehicle to lease and realizing that it would take weeks for it to arrive he made arrangements for a rental to cover the gap of time without a car. He then picked me up after work and took me to get the rental. He didn't have to do this, but he did. This is the kind of service a Car Manufacturer leasing company can not do for its customer. That you *******, for all your help. Can't wait for my car to arrive.***********************, DMD

  Research before trusting salesman! I have to take full blame for my experience with *** and in Leasing. From the beginning, I should have known everything was going to go bad. The salesman I started with, talked me into a car that I didnt know I wanted until I saw it, of course. he gets arrested while we are signing papers that I am being rushed through. I later find out that I signed a Carfax stating my car had been in an accident, which *** and M tells me its not that bad of a car accident. State ************** tells me otherwise. And then Im also reassured that my car will hold its value! Well, come to find out, I financed way more than what my car is even worth! Now I am stuck with a vehicle that I cannot get out of until a five year lease is over, which I had thought I had signed a three-year contract! All I am saying is just be careful and watch what you sign and read what you signed before youre stuck! I now have an another sales person that I only hear from at Christmas time. He very rarely returns my phone calls and or emails but thats OK. One day I will be done with this company. Everybody has things happen within their family and sometimes a vehicle that is too small no longer fits I will need to make it fit for another three years.
