      I called 50 Auto Parts to order a transmission for my vehicle. I spoke with **** whos one of the used parts sales representatives. He was very cooperative and knowledgeable in his field. After I gave the make, model and year of my vehicle, he further requested the *** number (in order to fine the correct part). Within less than a minute, he was able to locate a few transmissions for me to choose from. He pointed out the mileage on each part; they were all under ***** miles. I ended up selecting the one that I was most interested in purchasing and he quoted me a price that was reasonably affordable - when compared to several other places that I had previously contacted for the same part. Of course I couldnt turned down the offer. **** competed the order form, I gave him all the card payment information and the order was completed.

      Based upon my experience with 50 Stars, I will no longer be utilizing their services. I found communication with them to be opaque and mind numbing. It is always a ****** dealing with middle man online companies but this was a particularly frustrating exchange. **** ****** asked me to do a review. He ultimately completed a refund for me on a defective part that I ordered. However, there was a ****** restocking fee that amounted to about ************************************************************************* the future I have learned that I will gladly pay more money for a product than have to complicate my life and stress level doing business with a company such as 50 Stars. They are a reminder to always check reviews before engaging in a business transaction.*** O

      When you placed your order, you received an invoice with clear terms and conditions outlining the policies for returns and cancellations. Specifically, the terms indicate that a 25% restocking fee applies for cancellations due to personal reasons. This is a standard procedure, which is agreed upon upon completion of the electronic signature.We appreciate your understanding that the remaining balance was refunded in accordance with these terms.

      Ordered an ABS for my car came in only a couple of days in great working condition. Had a couple of questions and **** the customer service responded a great job assisting me! Will definitely use them again.

      Complete Scam !! Scam Scam Scam !! Ordered abs module September 16th. $299 They shipped it somewhere else and lost it. Sent a second one and it was wrong. Sent a third one directly from a salvage yard to me. October 30th. It had not been programmed. They lied to me and said it was. They said they sent a tech to the salvage yard and programmed It on site ??I spoke to the salvage yard. They pulled the part and blind shipped it to me. No one programmed it! Part was $30 Now 50Star is caught in several lies and refuses to refund my money.

      ************************** is basically a third party scam operation. I ordered an ABS assembly that was supposed to be tested and preprogrammed, it came directly from a salvage yard in a ******* bag and newspapers in poor condition with broken plastic. I requested a refund and was told it would cost over $200 for 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Their website clearly says easy refund process with guarantee/ warranty on their parts, this is not true. Their over seas customer service was rude and called me a liar. Do yourself a favor and order from a legit business.
