I was just hit by one of their drivers on01/27/22 along with 3 other PARKED cars the their driver hit. Each day that I've called to speak with anyone regarding the claim has been HORRIBLY RUDE. I have to adjusters assigned from them but yet I don't have their extension, direct number nor names. When I spoke to the one who claimed she was over my bodily injury claim I must say she was BEYOND RUDE and should definitely not be In any type of customer service. The conversations or recorded and I suggest whom ever establishment these people are representing start paying more concern and attention to all of their customer service agents. The day of the accident I called to file a claim and was giving a claim number and number to send photos no adjuster name no extension but the lady was polite I must say that. Upon leaving the hospital I called the following day 1/28/22 to confirm that the photos were received. Being that I had no adjuster name nor phone extension I couldn't select the correct option from the directory and randomly selected one. "If your calling about a new claim I just got the file today and don't have any info" first words out of agents mouth.As I tried to explain that I was trying to get an extension for my adjuster or confirm my photos where received "So you need to talk to that adjuster " agent reply. I say yes or get and name and extension for he or she. She then tells me " Well I am over your Claim" . She stated she was my bodily injury adjuster and the other adjuster whom I still haven't spoken to is the vehicle adjuster. She eventually takes my statement and say I suggest you contact your insurance because the amount of cars that they driver hit the policy limit and it will be to investigate if they will be paying for our vehicles cause the driver was not listed in the claim. No rental car suggestions no contact numbers nor names again. Called my insurance company very polite responses rental car in few minutes. They got to do better.
