    In Sept of 2023 I had contacted **** and this is the company that responded to my ice maker repair request. When the tech came out and put in another ice maker it was the wrong one. It did not have the arm on it that shuts off when the bucket is full. Water continues to run and now over the last several days I have water all over my wood floor in the kitchen. I highly DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!! I had to pay $447.00 for an ice maker that wasn't compatible and now major water issue. I've tried to contact the company to no avail as yet. I did leave my contact information but no call back yet.. 0 stars and frankly if I could select a negative star rating I would!!

    ******************* I moved my schedule around today because the tech called yesterday saying he would show up today between 1-3. No phone calls, no text, no updates! He never showed up. Just got vm when calling 800 #, sent email too but no response. Do not recommended this company, huge inconvenience for not showing up!
