      ******************* I moved my schedule around today because the tech called yesterday saying he would show up today between 1-3. No phone calls, no text, no updates! He never showed up. Just got vm when calling 800 #, sent email too but no response. Do not recommended this company, huge inconvenience for not showing up!

      Just don't. Tech took two weeks charged $292.00 and didn't fix the dishwasher. He said it was our hard water and the hose to the dishwasher. Checked it. That wasn't the problem. This company is a scam.

      Dear Ms ****,

      We appreciate your feedback and apologize that your experience was not satisfactory. Per our records, your initial appointment with our technician was on 10/08/21. At this time the tech noted that you had concerns that our company "is a scam", so we made an exception to our normal procedures and did not require any payment until the job was completed. Normally we charge for parts at the initial appointment, and labor after the job is completed.

      The initial error on the dishwasher was reported to us as "the unit will not shut off" and the tech determined that the parts that needed to be replaced were the "check sensor" and a valve. These parts needed to be ordered direct from Samsung as we only use OEM parts. Our tech returned to complete the install on 10/18/21, 10 days after the initial appointment. Our technician ran a test cycle on that day after the new parts were installed and determined that the fault "the unit will not shut off" had been repaired.

      We received feedback from you on 10/22/21 that the dishwasher was not operating as intended. We had our technician reschedule another appointment to return to your home on the same day to perform another diagnostic. Our technician determined that there is a "deeper plumbing issue with sediment buildup preventing operable water pressure with Samsung's water pressure requirements" and that your unit is "using a hose that is not compatible with Samsung." Our technician also noted that he cleaned a significant amount of sediment buildup on his initial visit, and made you aware of the hard water potentially causing issues. Our technician noted that he explained what you can do to address this issue, and that if you choose to replace the dishwasher you will likely have the same issue in the future.

      In addition, our technician replaced the "Case Break and Overflow Sensor" on 10/22/21 free of charge. (MSRP $136.69) We also did not charge for the 4 hours of labor on 10/22/21 because you were not happy with the outcome. Again, we apologize that you were unhappy with the outcome, and would be happy to discuss the matter further with you. One of our customer service representatives will reach out to you shortly to discuss how we can solve this matter.

      Worst Experience & only Time I've ever had to Hire a Repairman. Took 1 1/2 to complete a 45 minute repair. Tech caused $417 worth of Damage to my Washing Machine & left my house without a word. Company said they will other buy/install replacement parts or give me a refund. That was the Middle of May & I am still waiting for my $. Drove down to their office on Campbell Rd & doesn't even exist. I continue to call as I REFUSE not to be made whole. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. The 1 Star is being generous

      Company was contacted to repair our washing machine. Multiple delays - tech would look at machine, need to order part. Part would come 5 days later, next tech would come look at machine. Another new part to order and another delay. When part arrived it was damaged - we were told to return it and they would send another part and then set up a tech to come repair. We called another company, they responded within 16 hours and we had a tech within 36 hours of our initial call. Issue with the machine was NEITHER of the two items identified by Amerifix. We are out $500 from this company with EXTREMELY poor service and a lack of skilled service technicians. Do NOT RECOMMEND.
