    Over the last three months of living here, I have experienced numerous problems.Upon move-in, I was informed of a prior leak from the ** intake unit. This leak had dripped down the walls and into the floor. I spokewith the tenant under me, in which she stated the leak occurred more than two weeks in advance.All that was done to fix this was drying up the liquid and a fresh coat of paint.Upon move-in (06/30/23), I was not provided an inventory paper on my lease "due to new management" for the third time in the last couple of months. I wrote the maintenance issues that were missing, broken, or needing removal. An office staff member signed this paper and made a copy. Then she stuck it in my file and did nothing with the information. One of the grievances was an active leak from my ** intake Unit - indicating it had not actually been fixed. All that was done 2 days later was a blow through the pipes and a spray paint job on the "stain". A couple weeks later, of course the leak was still prevalent. They did nothing about it for a few days, then sent someone to actually fix it. It has not been a problem since.07/28/23, I submitted 3 maintenance requests - only one has been truly fixed. The However, there was a leak down the pantry wall that was not fixed and dark mold was beginning to grow on it. Someone came in and painted over it. This was the same leak that occurred prior to my move in. The other side of the wall is my bedroom. The bedroom smells like mildew.After breathing this in since for 3 months, I have grown increasingly sick. It began with sinus issues, then respiratory and eye pain. For the past month, I've had Migraines. Tuesday, 09/19/23, I went to the doctor due to the symptoms. I am providing a doctor's note with an explanation. I have also done a mold test kit in my bedroom.Black mold was found purely based on an air quality test.I'm requesting a Full Refund for 3 Months rent and no penalty on my Credit or record OR No penalty to my credit.

    have had moldy carpet since october / november of 2022. nothing has been done or even thought of at this time here in august of 2023.

    We paid a total of $400 to the business for application fees and admin fees. When we called in the next day the leasing agents acted as though a payment was never made so I had to bring the signed receipt showing I made a payment. I called the complex every other day and made many in person visits due to them not answering the phones. Employees were blatantly ignoring the phones. We were assured that we would be able to move in 9/16/22. The morning of love in the complex called to say the unit wasn't ready and that they could move me to a unit on the second floor even after I expressed that I was unable to stay on the second floor due to health reasons. They had the least bit of empathy for the inconvenience that they were causing us. Keep in mind we made the payment of $400 a month before 9/16/22. So they had ample time to get the apartment ready. We finally spoke to the manager and he assured us that he had people working on and cleaning the unit and it would be ready that Saturday, 9/17/22. I had to pay for an extension for the ***** for the inconvenience. They never once apologized even though it was their fault. We finally get the keys at 3pm the next day and we come to an apartment that had NOT been clean and was not finished like the manager told us it would be. The lights in the kitchen did not work, blinds were broken, the smoke detectors were defective, the she kitchen was filthy. Blinds were filthy. The walls. Piece of the wood on the floor is missing. Cabinets are broken. We filled out the form to advise them of the condition of the unit as well as went up there personally. They only thing they have fixed is the light and the smoke detector. And they only fixed the detector because I called the fire department and the city. The floor of the shower is comping yo completely. The sink is chipping. Toilet seat broken. Pipes are leaking and they refuse to come and fix anything! And now bugs! I feel unsafe and uncomfortable in the unit.

    I moved in these apartments April 23rd and I have been having plumbing problems in my hall bathroom it's mold all on the walls water in the wall it's just bad and I have 2 one year babies in the home. And they have yet to fix anything and do nothing about it they come and check and once they leave they complete the order and the problem has not been fixed at all.
