    Their rep came out to repair our tank-less hot water heater when it stopped heating our water. From the start he did not appear to know what he was doing. He kept calling his office for consultation. He then recommended we replace the entire unit or implement some very expensive repairs. We called a different plumbing company for a second opinion who came out the next day and we had hot water within five minutes of the other company's plumber's arrival. All the new plumber had to do was hit the reset button.

    Glad your water heater was fixed temporarily. Something caused the water heater to have to be reset. The plumber called tech support for Rinnai heater and according to them the debris from the roof going down the vent caused problems with the heat exchanger.

    Charged me $395 for 1 hour of work and some minor parts, very expensive. In hindsight I should have turned down the work and just paid their $95 visit fee. I think the $95 visit fee is somewhat reasonable (which does apply to any work & parts), it's the other $300 that's outrageous just to change out some parts in the shower faucet.

    Sorry for the delayed response. We are a flat rate company so price is given and agreed upon before the work is complete. We are completive in pricing as some are more expensive and some might be slightly less but we guarantee our work and will be here for any future plumbing issues.

    Your reply is as ridiculous as your $395/hr pricing for a non-emergency faucet repair. My Oncologist and lawyer don't even charge half as much per hour. So it's okay to rip off peple because everyone else is doing it too, which sounds like an excuse my kids would make when they were little. I guess you sleep well at night in your piles of money.
