5 starsAs the executor of my father's estate I spoke with several home buyers about the sale of the home as I wanted to maximize the value of the home for the heirs. The home needed cosmetic updates. We were immediately impressed by Vaughn as honest, caring and professional. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the sales process works and educate us about our options. There was no pressure to sell to him. He encouraged us to do some of the work ourselves and list it to maximize the sales price. He genuinely wanted us to have the best outcome possible. I would highly recommend using Vaughn and Greater Houston Houses to anyone needing to sell quickly with no stress.

My intial meeting with Vaugh was very informative.He gave me a detailed explanation of the sales process, including the estimated value of my property, estimated time to close and the expecting closing cost for me. The contract was fairly simple to understand. I agreed to use a title company of his preference and all the cost was covered by him. I was responsible for taxes for my portion of the year and it was deducted from the funds due to me. Everything almost went exactly as promised but due to inclement weather, closing was delayed for two days. I must say that Vaugh kept me well informed and assured me that he would get it done.
