      On May 13, 3024 Restore refinished my front door, repairing dented molding and replacing the glass insert. The contract provides a one year warranty. By January parts of the door had split so that it is no longer weather-tight. The wood insert around the new glass has shifted, pulling away from the door. When contacted, Restore advised repaired cracks werent covered by the warranty, and they have closed.They did not repair cracks, the door had no cracks. The ** Secretary of State and ******************* advise the company is in business. They need to honor their warranty and refund my money.

      We received ********** ********* in regards of her front door cracks, we explained that unfortunately Restore Your Door, Inc. filed Bankruptcy last year 2024, as soon as Bankruptcy is filed we can't do any kind of business and we had to stop all operations, for this reason we were not able to help ********** with her door cracks, also as we explained to her every time we worked on a door, we filled in any cracks, but there's no warranty that same cracks might come back again, as specified on the contract gave to her the first time Restore Your Door refinished her door, also weather conditions in ******* affect any existing cracks on the door due to the exposure of her door to the elements. Our apologies we were not able to help **********, but as we explained before we were not able to keep business in operations due to Bankruptcy.
