      The Corsicana mattress I received was substandard. I see why they are not accredited by the BBB. Nice people at the store (*********** - a discount place in *******, **) where I purchased my mattress.. The mattress on the sales floor seemed decent. I paid $821.50 just for this Corsicana mattress. In November 2022, the full sized mattress was delivered. Slept pretty good initially, but it wasn't long (maybe a month) before it developed a dip in the middle which was really odd, because I sleep alone and sleep on one side pretty much all the time. The edge of the mattress is higher than the inside of the mattress. Looking at my bed from across the room, the dip in the mattress is obvious. Makes it challenging when changing positions at night. It's like sleeping next to a crevice.I contacted the owner of DropBox NKY and he came and took a look at the mattress.At this point he measured the 'dip' and told me there was a threshold (industry standard he said) of 1.5 inches that had to be present before anything could be done (my 'dip', according to him, was 1"). Needless to say I was stunned, since the mattress was about a month old. I have never heard of a threshold before.He graciously ordered me another mattress which he delivered January 2023. It was the same thing! Again I contacted *** (owner) and he checked with his company, but apparently no one has ever heard of this issue. Amazing!At this particular store, there are no refunds or exchanges. I should have thought twice before I bought here. Buyer beware!!!!!!
