Our stay @ The Flirty Flamingo/ Padre Escapes Staircase is a joke in size and extremely narrow and steep / non slip pad is loose and my son almost fell down the stairs! DO NOT RENT THIS IF YOU ARE HANDICAP, TALL OR OVERWEIGHT IN ANY WAY!!Bathroom towel rack fell off the wall and onto my foot and fan does not work well.Pull out couch terrible thin mattress and sinks in the middle Spa/ pool too dirty to use when we wanted to get in after dinner No closet space to hang clothing Trash bag was left in bathroom but no can was there Only a couple towels and wash clothes were left and we reserved for a week with 3 people Balcony only fits one chair as its shared with the ** unit Spoke with 3 reps from the company and they would not budge to assist with a new unit or a discount on one more suitable! The solution was to reluctantly send a few more towels and give us a blow up mattress since we couldnt sleep upstairs! Our 17 yr old son slept in the loft and woke up with his back hurting, I slept on the air mattress and my husband tried sleeping on the couch for 2 nights before deciding we had to rent another condo and accept the loss or be miserable the entire week!!Only good thing is it was clean In a nutshell.. the only people to rent this unit should be young and good physically , although the place needs new mattresses for anyone to get sleep without pain..Will never rent from PADRE ESCAPES AGAIN!!!!
