              We rented the storage out and when we did **** had me initial and flipped to the back page of the rental agreement and had me sign. She did not inform me of rats or show me anything on my lease about not being responsible for pests until I spoke to her. My wife and I were both there And would have never got the unit if we knew due to items of sentimental value that we could not get back. Two months of our belongings in the unit and nothing is salvageable. Everything is soaked in rat f**** Within 24 hours my wife and I are having symptoms of nausea, vomiting, muscle aches, diarrhea,ECT. **** called my wife a liar for letting her know that she failed to show us or tell us. We initially told her that we'd meet her at the unit to show her the damage as well as would go over the cameras so she can show us where she mentioned insurance or rats on the lease and she then hung up and wouldn't take our calls. We have years of memories destroyed in two months as well as our health.
