04/2022 $31,000 installation and warranty on new parts. ************************* is a charismatic charming hard working pool installer. Unfortunately he is a con man that has no sense of integrity, accountability and honesty. He sold us a pool with a refurbished motor that has broken down 2 times and is not responding. Or taking accountability for his dishonest work. The filter tank was refurbished as well. He's an unaccountable scared little man that does not care that he sold you a refurbished motor and that his business and personal reputation and integrity are at stake. Because this type of decency and character he does not possess these characteristics and attributes mean nothing to him. BEWARE. the motor cost $300 plus dollars but he still made us wait a week while our pool got black full of algae and had to be shocked and worked on for 72 hours before it was usable. Now, the refurbished motor he sold us that he said was under warranty which was a LIE was brought back refurbished. We will buy a new motor and we will hire some one to install. As for ********************* he uses the fact that his Oasis pools has been in the family for over 50 years to scam pool buyers into dishonest work that is done from refurbished parts and has no integrity or accountability or guilt about how he operates. It's simple. GREED. I would never recommend this company Oasis pool or ********************* to do work for you. BEWARE!!! We have proof of paperwork and other pool professionals assessment on our pool and installation and this is how we know he was dishonest and unaccountable and has no guilt or shame on how he screws people. He simply doesn't care. We are seeking to replace the refurbished motor with a new motor that costs in the range of $300 to $800. He sold us a refurbished motor it broke 5 months after installation and refurbished the motor and installed the same motor. Two weeks later it breaks again and he has not responded to our claims. We are wanting a new motor with warranty paper.

First of all the pool was finish a little less then a year ago and we did get a call that the motor was no longer working.  I went a check it and it seemed to be locked up.  I put in a call to manufacture warranty and they sent new part to the warranty guy here locally.  Once he got the parts he went and fixed it.  He did say the capacitor was the issue so he replaced that.  The motor was fixed.   This happen on a Thursday so the pool did sit over the weekend cause they were waiting on parts. Also a pool will NOT turn green or black in such a short period of time.   This was lack of chemicals by the homeowner has nothing to do with us.   So yesterday I was in a meeting and did not have my phone and I get a few texts from the homeowners brother (which he was involved on the last calls as well).  I had never ever or to this day never meat the guy.   So Im am getting these text while in a meeting so I get back to my truck and this guy has blown up my phone in a matter of an hour or so.  Saying that we sold her refurbished equipment and used equipment and so forth.  And is going to report us and stuff.  We never ever sell refurbished equipment.  It comes straight from our supplier in a sealed box and I have the receipts to prove it.  So when I get back to the truck I called him and he did not answer me.   So I responded with a text.  A few minutes later he calls me and I answer and he goes off.  ******* at me and he threatened me and said for me to watch my back if he ever show me out that he wails kick my a** I kept trying to talk and never cursed at him but he kept on and on and never gave me the opportunity so I hung up. Again I have never meat this gentleman or ever even seen him.  I am not going back to do anything since this guy did threaten me.  Im sorry we did make every attempt to fix the issue which we did once but not no more.  Those pumps and all equipment was new NOT refurbished.

on another note when we started the pool it was full blow Covid going around.   We got there the morning to dig the pool and the homeowner said she had Covid so I said ok.  We dug the pool and formed got all the rebar and stuff and then she said to wait.  We waited a week and nothing.  Two weeks went by and she said she was worse and we going to be admitted to the hospital.  Ok I understood.  3 months passed and she calls and was ready.  By this time it has rained and all kinds of stuff.  The pool had caved in and grass and weeds were really tall the pool was full of water and just terrible.   Other companies and friends said to charge her more for the re dig.  I couldn't cause I new it wasnt her fault.  So I put at least $2,000 more expenses to reach dig the pool.  The dump trucks again the labor the time etc.  I couldve charged her but I didnt.  And now her brother is causing all these issues for her.  She was a really nice lady and never had any issues with her during or after the build.  And now hes the issue not her.  Yea so Im not going back because of him.  Im sorry!
