Would like for Mr. ********************** to come back and :1. Add small bars to the gate as promised to close gap to prevent animals gaining access 2. Replace aluminum gate stopper with a steel one so it is sturdy enough to prevent the gate from running off the track.3. Replace old latch with a new one 4. We inspected and approved the gate at his shop before it was painted and installed. Then on the day he was going to install the gate we found out he was delayed because his trailer had jackknifed and he had to correct a few things before he came over. I didnt realize the extent that the gate had been damaged, and what he had done to cover it up until after he had been paid and he had left. It was Christmas Eve and he was in a hurry, but promising to sent his partner back later that day to fix #s 1 to 3 stated above. No one showed up so right after Christmas we called to remind him and included our dissatisfaction with the patch up job that had been done to our gate. He promised to come back the next day and take care of what he had promised and also our concerns with the gate. This was the last week in December, after at least 10 or more times saying he is coming since that time till last week, but never showing up, we are asking for your help.
