            The project to remove and replace driveway was completed 1/13/2021 - 1/22/2021. The estimate number 282 was for $6000.00. Removal and haul off 750 sq ft concrete. Installation of 750 sq ft 3000 psi new concreate and grading. During the project regrading, landscape, and french drain work was added via verbal agreement for $600.00. All work paid in full and accepted as satisfactory. Weeks later debris that had fallen into the concrete during finish work began to surface and disrupt the finish of the concrete surface. I have cordially communicated with Mr ***** on three occasions asking him to come view the issue and make an effort to repair the surface finish flaws. Mr ***** has cordially replied he would make the repairs but has never actually followed through. Finally he assured me he would appear on 5/22/2021 but it was a no show no respond empty assurance. Please review and determine if there is an obligation to respond and act. If no, I will contract otherwise.

            I got to Mr. ********************** through a contractor I have used on several projects. Mr. ********************** was quick to come out and give us a quote and then finished the project in less than a week from the date of the quote. He not only gave us what we asked for, he offered us solutions to some issues we were having with moving water away from our foundation. He was very professional, very communicative and his workers were clean and quick! Very competitive price and quick turn around on a slab for our swim spa, a replaced sidewalk, added to an existing back porch and poured a new back porch. Mr. ********************** is a real concrete guy that knows what he's doing. I have already given his number to many neighbors and would highly recommend.
