Was a resident at walnut ridge(the ******) for 3 years and 4 months,never caused no trouble,never had the cops called,always paid the rent on time.moved out and was hit with an ****** fee.why is that?carpet cleaning 175.00,full cleaning 175.00(clearly in the pics that the front office took the apartment was clean),blind damages ***** which I asked multiple times for new ones but could never get a maintenance person to come out,damaged tub resurfacing 180.00(which the maintenance people just paint over the top before someone moves in and it comes off itself overtime)but I did manage to get that one taken off due to the fact that I had holes above each of my shower heads that came from peoples shower above me and even wet me a couple times while I was showering.have multiple pictures to back up my statements.so that one came off since maintenance ripped up the paint with there ladders.last but not least paint touch *** ******now when I asked the manager in the front office for pictures of paint damages she just laughed and said they didnt have any.i want to see proof of what my money is actually going to.i do know all the other apartments above and below me were remodeled as soon as the tenants moved out so I wanna be sure my money is not going towards that instead Of actual damages.and for me to have to pay for a carpet shampoo?obviously there will be foot traffic marksisnt that what I pay rent for every month. Ridiculous how they want me to pay almost a full months rent for my final move out bill and think its funny.when asked to walk down the apartment to see the damages first hand they said they couldnt do it.why would that be?maybe for the simple fact that they are just throwing random charges?all I wanted was a quick tour of what my money would be going to,but instead the only pics they had were of a clean apartment (which was wiped down and vaccumed before we left.and foot tracks from where Id walk through for 3 years and 4 months !
