    Well to start, ever since this company from ******, GVA Property Management, has taken over (September 24, 2020), everything has gone downhill. They say in their welcome letter that we will "continue to receive outstanding service" but the past 14 months have been anything but outstanding. I have been getting the run around since the first "manager" was brought on site. I continually asked for maintenance repairs and never got them. Turns out that manager quit a couple months back and a new "temp manager" was brought on. She was doing an O.K. job considering they brought a new maintenance guy on who actually knew how to fix things (and my maintenance requests for repairs in my apartment were finally fulfilled a year later). However his last day was today 11/24/2021 because he told me that this complex is not the owner's main concern, they would not provide him with any help and we were basically put on the back burner. Since then, there is another "temp manager" that just recently started last week and Ive emailed her 3x in the past week and only received one reply back.My main concern is that my lease is up at the end of this month (November 2021) and I am living in a Qualified Unit for the **** program. At the beginning of September I was given a lease "renewal offer" that was $250 more than what I am being charged on my current lease. I have found out since that they cannot charge me over a certain amount based on HUD guidelines and I have been trying to get them to verify my income since the 10/28/2021. I have sent 8 emails regarding this since then (3 being the past couple days) and at first the new "temp manager" said she would find out and get back to me... and since then, i haven't heard anything from her. I am worried they are going to try and get me to pay more than I'm supposed to and more than they are allowed to charge me per this "**** agreement"....It doesn't seem like anyone here knows what they are doing, or cares.please, HELP!

    I've lived here for 3 years in apt 24a and it was good until last management took over. So we decided to leave and we left a 60 days notice. When we turned on the keys we waited for our deposit or letter. But after asking 3 months later, we got the run around to the point that everytime we wanted to speak to someone, we would have to drive in person just to get with someone just to get the run around again. After a month waiting, we get a letter that we stayed an extra month and now WE owe them. Then sent that to collections.
