I purchased a home from this seller through the KB team RE/MAX Elite. I closed on May 27, 2022. Upon taking possession I discovered a water leak in kitchen which had grown black mold and required remediation which entire Kitchen torn out. I discovered an un permitted improperly installed **** that has functioning issues. The air return is 3/4ths blocked by a wall. There us black mold and falling apart walls under the ***** There is suspected mold around the hot water heater. There were electrical issues which I have since had repaired. There are plumbing issues. There was no dryer vent which I have installed. The appliances that conveyed with home were broken. There is a well on the property. There is a studio apartment that is unpermitted and has electrical issues and has a bathroom which is plumbed to drain into the yard. None of these issues were listed on the seller disclosure and the seller denies knowledge or responsibility. He did provide the installer information for the **** and he attempted to get me to violate ** mold remediation laws by allowing his maintenance men to replace sheetrock in the kitchen and when I refused he ended all communication. I filed complaints with the ** of ** and was told they don't help individuals. I filed a complaint with TREC against inspector who failed to mention these issues to include the real estate agents involved as well. Everyone is denying responsibility. I was sold a home warranty with the home American Home Shield and they refuse coverage of any of the issues due to the content of home inspection. The home was Infested with termites, rats, powder post beetles and toaches which I have had Pest control take care if. I have tried to work with the seller who runs a business of Flipping houses to no avail.
