I do not recommend this daycare. Friday morning the worst thing could happen as a parent being at work. Im thankful one of my daughters teachers has been able to be with her and moved daycares since she was 5 months old. She is now 2 and newly fully potty trained. Friday morning the 4th of Feb. the incident happened around 10am. I got no phone call until 12:30 from my daughters teacher when she took lunch. That my 2 year old went to use the restroom finished and instead of wiping first she flushed the toilet. And then the teacher that was in the restroom with my daughter pushed/ shoved at my daughters hand twice, To get her to wipe. I heard nothing from management ( ******** or ******). So I went to the daycare and finally got told about the situation ******** told me a didnt story from the employee that witnessed what happened. ******** said that there was bleach on the wall and the teacher didnt want my daughter to touch it so she pushed her hand away. Why did they have Bleach on the wall in the daytime and while kids are going in and out using the restroom? I got told the teacher got written up, and no apology to me from anyone. And I requested that the teacher not be around either of my daughters. This was with ********. I never got a call from the owner ****** like I was told so on Friday. Monday I went up to the daycare to talk to her since I had yet to get the full story and answers I had to a couple questions to. I also never received an apology from anyone at the daycare. Friday they acknowledged the situation and said the teacher admitted to shoving my daughters hand. Monday the owner (******) said she had not processed the whole situation yet, and that she does not even know if it is true because its one employee against the other. She lied to me about being at the daycare on Friday. I also asked her why I had not got a phone call to make me aware of the situation. I got no answer.
