      STAY AWAY from the ******** location!!!Spend your money elsewhere, this place has the WORST customer service and their quality/craftsmanship in repair is suboptimal. I bought my RV 1/3/24. I was bullied by the financial guy, *****************. Who badgered me to take their GAP/EXT warranty policies, after I told him no, I already had those policies established with other companies. He said McClains policies were like ****** ****** and the policies I had were like ******** ***, the salesman received a photo text from me about a part that needed to be fixed on my sink. His response was I dont know how to get this to my service department I told them of most issues before I left the lot. A man came out and told me, dont worry, come back in 30 to 45 days and we will fix everything. he said I would get a call. I never received a call. I sent an email stating everything that needed to be fixed before arriving. They fixed a few things,but told me they werent fixed? The repairs are worse than the original issues. I was told I could contact another grand design warranty dealership and take my RV elsewhere. Below are the issues,Trim piece above the freezer had a few wrinkles in the veneer. I get it back with the new trim piece scraped and the trim next to it now has a notch cut in it that wasnt there before.They have known since 1/5/24 that I needed a new sink, for a s**** missing. They had my RV for a week and a half and it still didnt get it replaced. A riser on the stair was loose. Multiple staples placed sporadic and hanging out was the repair. They dropped something on the floor and dented the linoleum and scratched the toe kick with their carelessness during repairs.

      We called them to sell our rv. We had done our research and we knew what it was worth. We also knew what it was being sold for, both privately and by dealers. We knew that they had an older version of our rv there already and the price they were trying to get for it. They made an appointment with us knowing that it was an hour away from us. When we got there, they forgot that we had an appointment with them. Then they took down all the information and asked us to leave it there so that they could look it over more carefully. While there, we discussed the advantages of the newer version that we were selling compared to the older version that they have that is broken. We discussed what it says online that it's worth. HE KNEW that our son had to drive an hour to come and get us. A few hours later, he calls and says that they still haven't looked at it, they aren't going to and makes a ridiculous offer. He LIED to us and said that they could only sell it for $$$, $30,000 less than the older version they already have that's broken. They offered us $55,000 less than they are selling the older version for. Complete BS. We had to drive another hour to get it and another hour home. Don't waste your time. They will treat you like garbage. He even did the charade of good cop/bad cop, "My manager says..." So why were we dealing with you if you have zero ability to make the deal with us? Complete liars. Run screaming.

      Purchased my slightly used 2019 Camper 4/13/23 from McClain in Sanger for some reason they did not pop up on BBB. This purchase was for my handicapped brother. Got it home and started to do a more thorough inspection of all the different components. After inspecting the roof I noticed a few roof seals that needed some touch up due to some light cracking. I reported 2 days after purchase to hopefully be covered under warranty. In my opinion this should have been done in their prep to deliver to customers. I asked if they could send a tech to come seal up the few concerning areas. They don't do that. I said ok, no problem, can you mail me 1 tube for free and I would do the work myself. "I'm sorry we don't do that either." I finally said can i go to your location near me and just pick up atube for free. "No you will have to pay for it." The only option they are giving me is to take it the hour and half back to the dealer and they will fix it for me. It will cost me more in gas, 1 way, than it will for the tube of caulking. On top of the lack of service the finance person messed up on the paperwork 3 times and I had to sign multiple papers multiple times, one time after i had already left with the camper. They tried so hard to get my business, and once they did, nothing else mattered to keep my business.
