On 5/23/2023 I placed an order (********) for a top end gasket set, slip-on mufflers and exhaust port gaskets. The bill was $492.01 after a 10% discount which was nice. The longest lead time was 2-4 business days. I needed the top end gasket set to repair by motorcycle for my upcoming vacation. As of 6/3/2023 I have only gotten the exhaust port gaskets and my vacation is over. I have reached out several times and I chatted with agents, but I keep hearing "the logistics team is working on it. I work at a warehouse and understand some but this has gotten ridicules. I just want what I have already paid for. JPCycles used to be better than this.Business Response

Order #******** I chatted in for a supervisor. I was sent a $300 headlight a hogworkz light for my 2012 Harley ************ The light does not adjust with the top s**** It beam of light does not go up or down. When driving people pull over because the beam is much too high. When chatting in the agent I first spoke to trouble shooter the item and we both agreed it was defective. I was told they would send me a new one but not until I mail back the broken/defective light. I paid up front for this light and was sent a defective light. Hello BBB Team,
I received a phone call from Revzilla agent ******************* Yesterday 6/15. He left a voicemail for me to call him back. You have since called him back twice and left voicemails both times and have not heard back. In his voice mail he indicates he would be sending me an email as well. I have not received any such email and I have checked all my email folders including junk folder. Please advise on next steps.I would like a refund for the defective item I received.

Ordered a backrest for my ****** on 4-17-23. the entire order had a 4-20-23 delivery date. Part of the order came, but the other part is lost. It has a *** tracking number that was issued on 4-18-2023, I called *** and they say they have never received this package from the business and there is no tracking activity. I have contacted this business twice and I keep getting told about a 5 business day wait before being refunded. The product was never shipped out of the business. The product cost me $179.98 , and I still don't have it. Seems like common sense if the shipper never received it why can't I cancel and get a refund. I completed a purchase February 2nd, 2023 on jpcycles.com. The purchase amount I authorized was $225.57. The next day I had a pending charges on my bank account for the $225.57 and an additional pending charge for $167.93 which overdrew my banking account. I called to ask about the extra charge and was told by multiple customer service representatives that this was a "deposit" on the parts that I had ordered that would be refunded in 5-7 business days. They said it was "how they have done business for years" and that if my account had any overdraft fees that they would give me "RPM points" to compensate for the overdraft fees which can only be redeemed for purchases through J&P Cycles. I am currently waiting on the charges to drop off my account. The reason I am reporting this is because I never agreed to have a deposit fee, especially with that kind of amount, taken out of my account. Especially when the full amount I agreed to pay was taken out of my account simultaneously. Why would I have to put a deposit on parts that I have already paid for? I know they are using this practice on multiple people every day and I believe it is a breach of business ethics.Business Response

I ordered two items on the 12th . I received the box ups on the 14th. I opened the box and there was only one item . The second item was shipped the next from the same exact warehouse but was not included in the initial package as l said and went to Denver Colorado. It was also shipped with usps and not ups like the first package. I was told it would be sent immediately as l let them know the importance of getting it quickly. It has now been 6 days and it is not showing anywhere near Ct . I want a new part shipped immediately with no extra charge to me and when and if the original part l ordered comes l will return it . Part of selling parts includes getting them to the buyer . The missing item is $114 and l wish l didn't order from them and will never buy from them again.Business Response

I purchased motorcycle tire online on 10/22/2022 order # ********. Received the following week. The tire was 3 and 1/2 years old. It is common knowledge in the motorcycle community that tires are good for approximately 5 years. They agreed to return with charging me return shipping. Tire was sent back 10/29/2022. Still waiting for credit. Have called and emailed since and they stated tire was received back in their possession as of 11/07/2022. I still have not received a credit to my account.Business Response

Order number: WXXXXXXX. Ordered on 07/30/2022. It is now 08/20/2022 and the status of the order on the website is still "processing." I am unable to reach anyone by phone or email. I was successful in reaching a customer service rep on their website via the chat function on 08/08/2022. I was told that the item was not in stock (there is zero mention of this on the site re: this product, please see product page at: https://www.jpcycles.com/product/XXXXXXX/j-p-cycles-1-4-20-well-nuts'redirectedKeyword=XXXXXXX&totalResult=1&isSearchByMotorcycle=False). I was also told it would come in and ship the next week. Since then, silence. I have continued to call, email, and use the chat function over the last couple of weeks and have had literally zero response.
