    At first, we were pleased with their customer service and quality of windows. We paid over $25,000 to have all of our windows replaced in our home. Within the first three months, one of our windows shattered. Even though it was within the warranty, we’re told we had to pay for a new window because they thought it was broken by a rock. We got a quote for $700 to replace the shattered window. I didn’t think that was fair since the cause of the shattering was not definitively determined, and the window was still under warranty. Eventually, we helplessly decided to bite the bullet and fork out another $700 for another window. We left several emails and voicemails asking superior windows to get back to us about installing the new window. Unfortunately, we were ghosted. I do not recommend this company, and would look elsewhere for new windows.

    I received notice of this review and an email from Mr. ******* last week. I contacted Mr. ******* immediately by phone and informed him that it was an email that we received from his wife that stated the window was broken by a rock from the lawn crew. When we first received notice of the broken window from Mrs. ******* we responded promptly with a link to our website for her to complete a warranty request with pictures so it could be forwarded to the manufacturer for warranty service. It was the manufacturer that determined the window would not be covered under the manufacturer warranty. Our office has been in contact with Mrs. ******* by phone and email about this issue since we were first notified. Initially, we advised Mrs. ******* it may be less expensive and quicker to replace the glass unit through a glass company since it wasn't covered by the warranty and the manufacturer was four months out on production at the time. When requested, we gave Mrs. ******* a quote for replacement of the window. We believe there has been some miscommunication between Mr. and Mrs. *******. When I spoke with Mr. ******* last week he requested that I order him a replacement window and he was advised that there would be a charge for the new window and the installation.

    We recently had all our windows replaced by Superior Windows from Conroe Texas. It was a totally great experience from the sales to the clean-up. The Windows look fantastic and the cost was way better than expected. The crew was professional and nice to deal with. They did a great job cleaning up after they finished the installation. They even helped us move some furniture that was too heavy for us to move. Highly recommend them for the service of new windows. Something a big as putting in all new windows is a big project and it was a nice surprise to have it go so smoothly.
