Shelby and Michael are horrible contractors. When they get exposed by people they just go ahead and change their LLC names they have went from ******** *********** *** ******* ******** *********** ****** and now Limitless Outdoor living. Shelby and Michael are big liars with horrible communication. When it’s time for a deposit that’s when they will respond to you after you make your payment that’s when they will give you all the excuses in the book. They will promise you that their workers will come at a certain time or day and no one ever shows up on time and it’s been many times Shelby will say a worker will come and they have not come till days or weeks later. All her workers have the same horrible complaints about Shelby and Michael even customers have complained to the workers about these horrible contractors. They are liars and are only in it for their gain and not customer satisfaction. Shelby and Michael are known for writing checks to their workers and then cancelling the check when it’s time for it to be available. One of her workers even told me Shelby did not pay him until 6 months later after the work was already completed. One of the granite guys called me to tell me she stopped his check and threatened to remove the granite he installed in my home. Beware of this company look up their other LLC names to see all the horrible reviews that they have. And don’t read to much into the good reviews because Michael is known for getting people to write fake reviews for his company. Michael practically asked me if I could take down my review on ***** No one ever comes on site to check and see how the project is going after they promise to do so. The only time you see them is the initial first visit and if there is a problem after repeatedly telling them to come on the property. Do not do any business with or give these people your money you will definitely regret it. Beware of Shelby and Micheal.
