We accept all major credit cards, including but not limited to, Visa, MasterCard, America Express and Discover Card. We also accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, and Authorize.net. Cash and check payments are accepted but not encouraged and must be paid directly to Aggieland Tutoring, not the tutor.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Account Cancellations: Refunds Are Available Only Within 24 Hours of Initial Purchase:

If you would like to cancel your account for any reason, you may do so by calling us at (281) 639-0303. When you cancel your account, any unused hours left in your account will be immediately expired and non-refundable.

If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of creating your account, you can call us to request a refund for any unused hours left in the account on a non-discounted and/or prorated basis. For example, if you create your account and then immediately purchase a 10-hour discounted tutoring package for $540, use 2 of your 10 hours, and request an account cancellation within 24 hours of creating your account, we will refund $420 of your initial purchase. No refunds will be issued if you cancel your account after your first 24 hours.

Please note that for security reasons we can only process refund requests by phone or in person. You must call us at (281) 639-0303 within 24 hours of creating your account to request a refund. You must also provide enough identifying information so that we may verify your account and transaction.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

To Move/Reschedule an appointment to another day or time, students must contact Aggieland Tutoring or their tutor directly. If a student cancels their appointment via our website and/or software, the student WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

24-hour notification is required to cancel an appointment. All appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time will be marked as No Show and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind, including a refund to a Discount Package. If a student has previously rescheduled a particular appointment, the option to reschedule again is no longer available. No refunds will be given after an appointment has been rescheduled once.

Package Holders: If a previously purchased Discount Package was used to pay for the tutoring session in question, the student WILL receive a credit back into their Discount Package if they cancel their appointment, provided the 24-hour window has not been breached.

Discount and Regularly Priced Packages:

There are absolutely no refunds on Packages or partially used Packages under ANY circumstances.
