            I told the sales person exactly what I wanted done and he still got it wrong. And because of his mistake gutters thats were supposed to cost us $1300 ended up costing us $2200. I told him I wanted the **** gutter to extend the entire length of the house. This moron only had it going halfway. Where he got that idea I have no idea. I told him specifically that I wanted it to extend the entire length of the house and that it made no sense to go only halfway. And instead of owning up to his mistake he wrote it off as our mistake saying we signed the paper with his poorly drawn diagram. I didnt realize that me as the customer that I needed to know how to interrupt his drawing and what it meant. If he wouldve explained the drawing at the time of signing I wouldve been able to correct his mistake but I thought he knew what he was doing. Thats what I get for assuming. Instead they hide behind their contract instead of owing up to it. **Need more space see attachment**

            Mike is awesome! One day during a storm i called there because my roof at the funeral home was leaking and i had a service that day (it wasn't even their roof it was another companies problem) and Mike took his own time to come to Hearne and look at it and do anything to help me! Instantly we knew we wanted to work with Mike on the repair and remodel of our roof! Everyone involved loved him and the job was completed in an extremely timely manner! They remodeled our interior walls as well! Mike became a member of the family! We adore him! 100% recommend him and his team for ALL your needs!! Professional, personable and funny! Great experience! •
