A long list of issues with this company, most stemming from a mind-blowing lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. First, during the original site visit, we asked about the lawn being cared for after the install and if it would be "grass seed ready," to which we were told "Yes we can do that." It wasn't until the install was done that it would be another several thousand dollars for topsoil to be put down. So now, out lawn looks absolutely horrible. If they had just been honest up front, we might have been able to budget for the extra cost, or at the very least gotten more quotes for service.They drove the dirt moving machinery around without regard to our property. For example, we have a nice garden area in the back yard, and when the job was "done," the rock that bordered the garden was pushed out of place, and a large amount of rock pushed into the garden, killing some plants. It wasn't addressed until I brought it up.Our driveway, where we had recently laid fresh road base, was completely torn up and now had no visible rock and has huge puddles when it rains. It was very obviously how torn up the driveway was. But again, this was not addressed until I brought it up. And has yet to be fixed, although they claim they will.The mini excavator had to drive over our sidewalk, and it broke a chunk of the sidewalk off. Like a child who doesn't want to get in trouble, this was not brought to our attention. When I brought it up to ******, he claimed that he didn't think his crew did it, blaming us. What did we do, take a sledgehammer to our own sidewalk exactly where the excavator drove over it?!The gate to our fence was removed, and when they put it back on, they left out a lot of screws, and left one hinge completely without screws. See picture.We have had a wicked smell of sewage since they worked on our old system. Avoid at all costs!
