    Booked services with this company for moving and cleaning. They promised to return to clean the property upon move out but never did. Closed the ticket so they could get paid through uhaul and refused to render the cleaning services claiming they did it, but absolutely did not. When reaching out to business to discuss, they blocked me from contacting them.

    **Very long review** Ashley and Rodney's customer service was very great from when I reached out after booking online until the morning of ****. On the day of the move 1 out of the 4 movers had COVID symptoms and I was given the option to either have team come later in the day after picking up another person or just have a 3 person team. I was very understanding and was fine with a 3 man team and appreciated their employee not going to my home when potentially sick. Rodney confirmed there will be a price difference as we are down 1 person. Sunday morning is when I had the first opportunity to speak with my husband who was on site with the movers as I was already across the state at our new home. The 3 man team that arrived all smelled of marijuana and exhibited behaviors of being intoxicated. My husband continued with the moving service as there was only 1 other person that could help load the truck if we did not use the moving service. Out of the 3 people to arrive 1 stayed on their phone and did not move our belongings while the other 2 moved some of our things. It was described that the 2 movers that were working did not seem to know what they were doing or how to properly move items. Still my husband made the choice to continue to have them work as the help was needed. On ***** when I looked at my belongings we had several damaged items, which I was only upset about my sons dresser having multiple gouges. My husband and his friend confirmed the moving team are the ones whom loaded it on the truck. I was informed that morning as well that there was damage done to my apartment while that team was moving things out of the home. I right away called Ashley and left a voicemail. I was upset and crying but did not yell or go off. I then called Rodney explained the damage that had been found. He spoke with my husband and had us both send in photos of the damage so an investigation could be done. When I reached out on ***** for an update/asking Rodney if he needs me to send in the information via email he texted back that "I am sorry ma'am at this we will not be able to do anything for you. Your husband stated these issues was the only things that was concerning" I tried to call him as his text message did not make sense (I typed it up word for word) he ignored my call and advised he couldn't talk right now. I requested a phone call when he was available and his response was "We are not responsible for items that we load into the truck. It said in the text we send out and our website. thank you for your time our conversation is concluded" he proceeds to resend the original text questionnaire which I said I understand my husband should have inspected all items prior to the team loading them on the truck that apart is on us, but I still have questions and want to know about the refund. I also apologized if I at some point came off rude. Rodney sent a voice recording through text message that after it played it disappeared, from what I heard on the voice recording he stated everything was ok and he understands moving is stressful but he more then once asked that I either leave a 5 star review or no review at all as my issues have been resolved. This is where I started reaching out to Ashley as my issues have not been resolved, How could Rodney expect the team to follow operating procedure of taking photo's of anything they ding or damage if the team was intoxicated? Today is day 3 of trying to get Ashley on the phone about the issues and my refund. I received a text from Ashley and Rodney that my refund is $43.00 because the price difference is $50.00 but they take the 15% that uhaul charges their company out of it. As a customer I am not responsible for their advertising contract with Uhaul. On Uhaul.com the pricing is listed as $80 per hour for a 2 person team & $180.00 for a 4 person team. So with 2 people moving my belongings for 3 hours VS I paid for 4 people for 4 hours, its a much larger price difference then $43.00. I again requested to be called back by the end of the day and still no phone call. I have disputed the price difference for the service received VS the service I paid for with my bank, I have no issue paying for the service I received (2 men for 3 hours). I never received any sort of invoice or receipt showing extra charges or being told if there was extra charges. I have accepted I don't have a leg to stand on in regards of my sons damaged dresser but as someone who has also worked customer service dealing with claims for property damage I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. I would have left a much better review if Ashley or Rodney were interested in making this situation right instead of ignoring my calls and throwing change at me. I was being very reasonable, not yelling, not being argumentative, and had a very simple solution for them to make things right. I have also now blocked their numbers as I am concerned of being harassed since I am not leaving a 5 start review.
