    After spending 2 years paying for ******s, we have learned this place has the worst makeup policies and will make zero exceptions to life events. They have one of the hardest makeup policies to deal with. We decided to give a 30 day notice to pull my daughter out of ******s. On the last week my daughter got sick with a doctors note. The staff refuses to let her make up the last ****** because we gave our notice. I asked for a refund for just that week and again I was denied. I asked to contact the owner to explain the unique situation and was denied. I am now pulling my son out because of how they treat customers. A customer who pays for a service for kids and cant get a makeup ****** or refund is unreasonable.

    This is about Nitro Swimming ********** and all they think is of money.They don't teach swimming but ***** everyone's hard earned money.I have to pull my child out due to his fracture and when he was ready to swim back I called in to join and they asked for registration fees again.I mention them clear that we are moving out of state and not sure on the timelines so I want to utilize my credit for a month as of now and when we will have date finalized may be then I can register him again and pay the fees. But as they are business only based on money and no ethics, morality they refused to do so and when I asked them to refund my credit they refused to pay my money back.I really want some one to take legal action on them.

    I echo all of the other reviews posted. This business is all about the money. They run a cold, heartless business. I have never encountered such abusive policies in my 8 years of enrolling my children in any class or camp. They have the most unforgiving, lock-tight contract wording and policies that are all in favor of the business. The human element could allow some wiggle room of how an when they enforce their uncharacteristically harsh and rigid rules. But, they do not care about their customers. It is all about the money. So, they just throw the book at you. No matter the circumstances. I was treated with a level of disrespect and coldness that I have never encountered before. Felt like I was speaking with the kind of person that follows *********************. Expect to lose your money and be treated poorly if you have any concerns or are unable to attend a class for any reason whatsoever. Give them your money, go home, don't have any questions or concerns, memorize their contract and policies, and don't have anything unexpected/unplanned happen in your life that will prevent you from following their policies. I even tried to dispute charges through my credit card company. They won the dispute because their contract says "Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution this will result in a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services". They cover ALL of their bases legally. Abusive is the best word to describe this business.
