On 04/23/21 I contacted ***** the owner of the company inquiring about the cost, turnaround time, and the warranty. He told me that he would have his assistant ****** contact me. ******, texted and called to discuss the total cost which was $2499.00 and they needed $1000.00 deposit to secure my date. I completed the invoice traction through email with my AMEX and secured the date of 05/14/21. I arrived in ****** on 05/12/21 to drop off my top, they loaned me a top off someone's Jeep until they did mine. I received a text from ******, telling me Jeep will be ready noon on 05/14 and to bring cash or pay with Cash App to avoid paying taxes. Picked the Jeep up after 2pm as instructed by her and paid through Cash App. We drove back 881 miles to ******* and a month later my husband noticed the rubber was coming apart so I texted ****** as well as sent pictures on 06/14/21, she responded the next day to send my address and she would send me a (repair kit). Month later no kit and top was getting worse different spots, I sent pics to her via text. She instructed to put gorilla glue to hold the spots until I receive the kit. 8 days later after no kit, she asked if my Jeep was leaking and she was mailing the repair kit the next day. On 07/11/21 I sent her text because I never received the kit and I had another issue with the roof on the inside. ******, responded on 07/14/21 that my package was on her steps and she was sending it overnight, ONLY b/c AMEX contacted her about the dispute. I called AMEX to dispute the deposit back, and went to ****** gave a negative review, she responded angry to the review. I received a text Nov. 29 from her trying to coerce me into editing my review. I responded on 02/8/22 with solutions to ship me a complete kit not a pack of glue and strip of rubber; or refund $1499. Lifetime Warranty product I can't drive my Jeep because the glass can fly off.
