Refund and Exchange Policy

Please returnany item in the original, unused condition within 30 days after deliveryto you for a full refund of the original item price. If the originalorder had a shipping cost, the shipping will not be refunded.
If the item isreturned AFTER the 30 day window from original delivery, we may charge upto a 20% restocking fee.
If the itemarrives to you in good condition but returned back to us and arrives toour Returns Department damaged, missing components, or otherwise not inthe original condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be levied or wemay deny the return all together and ship the item back to you as acourtesy. This pertains to all orders returned regardless of whether theyare delivered back to us within the 30 day window.
It is thecustomer's responsibility to purchase insurance for the return shipment tocover the possibility of the item getting damaged in transit to ourReturns Department.
If the itemarrives to you visibly damaged, you should tell the carrier to mark theitem as refused and contact our customer service department to tell themwhat happened and arrange a reship
If the itemarrives to you and is delivered and you believe that the item is damagedor materially different than what was described, we may choose to, at ourdiscretion issue a prepaid label to return the item to us for a refund orreshipment.
With regard towho pays for the return shipping,
If an itemarrives to you as described and undamaged, it is your responsibility topay to return the item to us for a refund.
If an itemarrives to you not as described or damaged, we will pay for the returnshipping (at our discretion).
If we provide a pre-paidreturn label and then during the processing of the return discover thatthe item in fact was correctly fulfilled and did not warrant a label, thecost of the label will be deducted from the refund.
VERY IMPORTANTFOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: In addition to the policies above, internationalcustomer product returns MUST include the following statement clearlywritten on the return parcel:
