            My aunt passed away at this home and the owner would not refund us. She stated that she can not rent out the room until the spirits are gone and only she knows when that will happen!!! She also said the only way she could reimburse us is if she died sooner!!!! How in the world can you predict your day of death?????? She should have sent us our security deposit right after she passed but it has been over one month and she will not reimbursed us. We had constant issues with the fact that the only staff in the house were Spanish speaking and my aunt could no way communicate with them. I was with her when she passed and had to go get the Spanish speaking lady to let her know and she called the owner and her daughter several times with no answer. If the owner and her daughter have so much medical knowledge then someone would have called me that morning to tell me she was unresponsive and ******** - ***** respirations.
