The nastiest encounter with a person I have EVER experienced. My family and I had been giving this business our trust and money for over 15 years. One day when my Mom called to make me an appointment, *****, the receptionist said that I was "special needs" and needed a "special needs dentist" implying that I was stupid. I went with another adult I trust to pick up my dental records and *****'s face immediately dropped when she saw me there and became disrespectful right away towards me. My friend and I expressed that it was hurtful to me as a human being to call me "special needs" out of nowhere and she lied about saying it (even though we have it on tape). I felt scared and threatened in their office just trying to get my medical records. The woman who came with me is a doctor herself and was stunned at the way ************************************* continued to deny the truth, while yelling in my face for an extended period of time. I told him that it hurt my feelings being called "special needs" when I am actually very bright. While he was yelling at me and in my face (this is on tape), he spit in my face and threatened to call the police because I asked for an apology and my medical records. He did actually stoop so low as to call the police when my friend and I were quietly waiting for my medical records which I have a right to under Texas law. I already made a police report against him for intimidation and spitting in my face when he was 100% at fault. My doctor friend said he was "clearly trying to cover something up because of how angry he got". We are working on a lawsuit against this business right now as he clearly discriminated against me and thought I was "stupid" just because I am shy. I went to my friend's dentist and he found EIGHT cavities- some so bad that my tooth had rotted from the inside out. This was with me getting a check up and xrays as well as a cleaning every 6 months with my prior dentist **************. Keep in mind I am just a college student vs a grownman
