****************** is the CEO/Owner/Boss of Ameritex and he is the worst boss I've ever had in my years of working. He is 73 years old & wasted money on systems he doesn't know how to operate, but expects his employees to know off the bat - no training. There are 0 benefits until after a year of working, that's if you're full time, which he rarely hires full time. ******************** tech are part time, drivers are part time, warehouse workers are part time, he only employs 2-4 people full time. He has been known to not pay people overtime even though they worked over 40 hours, he yells and berates employees in front of each other, it's disgusting. The warehouse gets to scorching degrees and there's nothing done in regards to the warehouse workers health. He's gone through 20+ managers in less than 3 years, staff is constantly rotating because he uses and abuses with no regard to workers being people. He falls asleep in meetings, he's constantly putting employees in uncomfortable situations because he doesn't want to confront companies and vendors where he hasn't serviced as he promised, is missing payments, etc. He constantly forgets things, but wants to be hands on with everything. He hires 1 person to do the job that's meant for at LEAST 3-4 people, then complains when things aren't getting done quick enough. He refuses to employee more people because he is cheap. He is genuinely the worst boss I've ever had, this business needs to be taken from him immediately.
