- In order to qualify for the Texas Custom Credit Repair LLC Guarantee the client must have no balance on their account, the client must have made all payments on time, and the client must have sent all credit reports to our offices within 10 days of receiving them. If these items have not been done then the Client does not qualify for a refund. No refunds will be issued at any time prior to the 6 month term of this agreement. Any client who wishes to stop the services outside of the 3 day cancellation period will forfeit all payments made. After being a client of Texas Custom Credit Repair LLC for 6 months and if you feel unsure about the service provided you can request an evaluation of your account. If we have not deleted 30% of the possible deletions or made improvements to your credit we will refund all payments made.
