    On 12-9-2022 I purchased a single snack from the Canteen vending machine located at *********** and was charged for two snacks. Order ID: ************************************ I called the ******** ***************** customer support line because that was recommended by Canteen as the best way to quickly reach customers service. I left two messages that day, a message the next, and another on December 12th. Never head form anyone. I found the Canteen 800 number in *** and called - they answered their phone and said I needed to call the Canteen ****** location to rectify my issue. They gave the number and I left message with specific details about my issue and my contact information on *****, *****, *****, *****, and *****. On or about ***** ********************* from Canteen called and left me a VM. I've never been able to reach anyone at this company other than this single time when ***** left the message to address this issue of overcharging me for items. Extremely frustrated over how difficult it is to contact anyone at this firm to receive a remedy when they overcharge their customers. This is unethical business practices and I'm sure there are others with similar negative experiences.
