  Absolutely do not buy from this seller or Midpoint Auto group. Wasnt told the full truth about the cars including mechanical issues and wont show you any repair/mechanical records. Listen to the other reviews, avoid this company and all of the cars. There is a specific seller, ******, who is a huge scam artist. It is disgusting that he is allowed to sell cars that he blatantly lies about and when you call out the lies after the fact, he completely disappears and no longer answers. Company needs to get investigated immediately.

  I am ******* ******* been having my car for a year. I communicate with them to let them know if Im gonna be late or when .I'm making my payment on time Ive been paying my car note been paying it on time. If you like a hour or two late they will turn your car off no matter where your located at which Im still paying they still taking my money Her lately Ive been paying through cash out when I send a cash payment in. They say no one is available to take the cash out. They still turn your car off. I was informed that the lady that checks the cash app payments wasnt available if he or shes out for the day they need to heve some one else that can take over thats the fourth time they did to have a back up plan for when he or she is out I am so sick of them turning off when i make a payment and nobody there to check the payments thats been sent in each time they turn my car off Im not in a safe place. How can you go to work and make payments when they turn your car off not even an hour before the payment is line as of today my car is turned off for nothing I made a payment on Friday woke up to go to work. My car is turned off. Ill call them. They said the girl at the checks. The cash app payment is not in today. Thats not my fault now I cant go to work This is ridiculous. ****** is very rude and disrespectful . Chocolate is very rude and disrespectful. They dont wanna communicate with you they dont wanna listen to you, but when its time for a car payment due they will call harassing you back to back back to back. to remind you like you dont know when the payment is due but when you try to communicate with them don't dont answer the phone

  Im so hurt. Im more angry than anything . I had been telling mid point , auto group way before my warranty went out , all the things that needed too be done on it. Well every weekend Im spending my day driving too ********** , having too leave my car their for hours. An every time I go pick it up , soon as Ill make it on my side of town , my check engine light always on . An they always been rude too me , they basically just have my car just sit up their . An Im having too pay people 20 to bring me home & 20 to take me back out their too pick up my car , an they never do nothing they suppose too do , they never call me too let me know when its ready. Ill have too call them too check on my own car, they just did me so dirty on this car since day one . Just constantly lying too me . About they fix this , an that , an never fix anything , even order a wrong part on my car, I also have a lot of recordings on them , every time I went up their too talk too them about my car . That was said .

  If I could give them 0 stars I would! I just moved down to ***** looking for a car and I thought I found it here. The manager made me put ***** dollars down on a car that is so not worth it. The first day I got it I almost crash because a ***** comes crawling behind the steering wheel, and at night there is every type of ***** from the babies to adults. I tell them this information along with a list of things to fix and they service the car for a week. I pickup the car and nothing on the list a few days pass and I am in the passanger seat and yet again another ***** crawls out of the vent. They then harrass me about a payment. They then come tow the car without notifying me and tell me that I have to pay off the car in order to get it back

  Terrible no help just wants money I dropped 5500 for a car they lied about said within 30 days anything wrong theyll fixed its on them, I had a whole list of what was going on with the car. They took the car after me having it for 2 days, forgot to say the big problem it had terrible ROACHES!! So they took the car say the bombed it gave me a list of what they fixed had my car for a week and did NOTHING!!!! I complained about that Because it was terrible ROACHES i was scared to drive it one crawled on me I almost crashed!!! It was more then *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** they was gone come get the car Im thinking they would and it got towed I had to pay for that they showed up 3 days later to get the car Im just losing money having to Uber to work Im trying to use ***** spray bc at night it was terrible..I know Im just saying so much but my mind is every where because I went up to the place be case they was expecting a payment and I havent had my car enough to even make a payment I stayed contacting them they barely answered even the guy I got the car from have messages and it was just full of bs so when I got to taking to manger she told me dont make no payment yet bc I was 13 days late and she was gone help. And forgot to say they had repoed the car with was crazy she said she understood like who want to drive a car with roaches tiny tiny ones jr ones baby ones small roaches medium roaches larger roaches ******************* roaches they going into every part of the car when I open the door at night.. to some it up she then called me told me I have to pay the full car off to get it back and it was nothing I can do I have so much more to tell and say!! This not the end they are a scammm!!!!

  **Beware of This Scam Business**I am writing this review to warn others about the deceitful practices of this business. They need to be closed down immediately for their horrible practices. Here is my experience:I purchased a vehicle and within 72 hours the engine blew up leaving me without a car again. Since then I have encountered numerous issues with this company. One of their representatives even laughed at my problem and said "oh well." When I tried to resolve my concerns, most of the time, if anyone even answered the phone, they would just transfer me to a different department or person, where I could only leave a voicemail. Despite calling every day, I was not provided with any return or exchange options for the vehicle, which is still in their possession.Moreover, I noticed two unauthorized payments from my checking account: one for $250 and another for $60. I never gave them permission or authorization for these charges. Not only did they sell me the merchandise and keep it, but they also used my debit card without my permission for amounts beyond the bi-weekly payments I agreed to.When I called to address these unauthorized transactions, the representative told me "oh well" and hung up on me. After several attempts to call back, no one picked up the phone. This company has had the car in their possession for 10 out of the 13 days since the purchase date. I am now seeking legal assistance to address these issues. In summary, this business is a scam. They engage in fraudulent practices and provide terrible customer service. I urge others to stay away from them and hope that they are shut down soon to prevent further harm to other customers.

  been having issues with car after the first week.. had to buy engine through them. Then catalytic converters. I'm on my 3rd tune up with them and they charge each time.. got car back 4 days ago and the check engine light is back on..they are not fixing the car and just turning off the engine light..They steal parts off car and claim it wasnt there

  They keep harassing me over insurance that is current and forcing me to send them the Dec page and if I dont they threaten to add their collateral damage insurance. *** sent this over and over. They wont just call my insurance to make sure that its current. I totally regret purchasing a vehicle from Midpoint and its only been four months. I am tired of these people already. Again, every negative word you can think of is Midpoint Auto.Update 2/10/24. Ive always pay online to pay the car note. Payment was due 2/9. I have auto pay card setup for this account. I get the payment reminder text from them. Then I get online and pay. Ive also paid with NF. This account isnt setup for their autopay. These ppl are running every single card youve paid with to take payment even if its not the card youve setup for autopay. If youve paid with 5 different cards theyre going to run all 5 cards until they can take the payment from any one of your cards. Thats how thieves/hackers move when they have stolen your info or stored credit card. My payment wasnt even 12hrs overdue. I have the doc signed at purchase and I asked the lady in payments to read it. These ppl will say Ill send you the autopay formed signed at purchase and theyre just going to lie and just send you the receipt from the transaction recently made. Also you cannot remove any of the cards on their site. All of their forms of payments are hidden from the customer on their website for online payments. I promise you this company will find a way to harass, steal from you consistently whether youre in good standing with them or not. They should not be free to gain access to any additional accounts at any time to anyone without consent.

  **************** is horrible. I have had nothing but issues with this company, Everyone who works there doesn't seem to know anything. I have had several issues with my car and they can't even give any answers to whats going on with the car. They refuse to give paperwork for whats wrong with car or detailing what they actually fixed. They had my car for over 3 weeks and still didn't have it completed correctly. I have headlights that are too big for my car, new scratches and the check engine light is on. I asked them how is my car ready when the engine light is on and it wasn;t before I dropped it off. Now I still can't get any answers to what they fixed and what is still wrong with my car. Worst dealership EVER. Don't waste your time and money with them. Go to a reputable company. This company is like a scam. They just want your money and don't care about you or the issues with the car they sold you. Save your time and money and go somewhere else to get your car.
