            I had 2 dogs go thru man's best friend and it was an awesome experience. I paid over 5000.00 for both. Then I brought my 3rd one in and she just could not handle the boarding- she was refusing to eat for 3 days and was very depressed. The manager recommended she go home and that she just wasn't going to be able to do the training. I did not want her to be depressed and not eat, so I picked her up. She was there 3 days and never had one training lesson. I paid the 1500.00 basic obedience in full the day she started. The manager would not give me any kind of credit or refund. I was a 3- repeat customer and then just like that they kept my money and were not concerned about me or my dog. I would NOT recommend them at all. They are just concerned about their dollar.

            I made an appointment to bring my dog in for grooming and NO ONE told me they had a kennel cough outbreak at their facility. I brought my dog in on January 4, 2023 for grooming and again, NO ONE told me they had a current kennel cough outbreak. Three days later, my dog became violently ill with kennel cough, even though she had a current Bordetella injection. Not only are my vet bills very high but my dogs must be quarantined for 3 1/2 - 4 weeks. The General Manager, ****, told me she did not care and that several places have outbreaks. Well, yes, ********************** did the right thing by going on each news channel warning people their dogs were sick. Man's Best Friend continues to have dogs rotate in and out of their facility. This place MUST BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL THEY GET A HANDLE ON THE OUTBEAK!!!!!!
