    Simple and quick. I bought a pre-owned Equinox and was out in two hours. I now get all of my service done there as well! I loved the video the tech that changed my oil sent me about not needing any additional work. He showed me what he did and everything that was checked.

    Thank you Alan and team at Five Star Chevrolet. Not only did I purchase my Silverado from there, but also get all my vehicles serviced with them as well. This includes my wife's Toyota and never have I had a bad experience. Keep up the great work!

    I am a very busy person and I love how fast and professional the sales and service team handled the sale of my pre owned jeep. After driving my jeep for a few months it started to wobble a bit, But when I called in and got ahold of Amanda my service advisor she got me in quickly and fixed the problem at no charge to me. Chris the Service manager called me the next day to check on my jeep which I appreciated very much. Amanda is amazing and Lloyd in sales is terrific! Sam Pack Chevy is a great dealership and I will refer all my friends and family.

    Great Dealership to buy a Bolt EV from! Thanks to Jeff on finding the exact color and options I was searching for. Shout out to Jorge my sales rep for getting my custom add ons installed before I picked up. Very upfront and transparent on pricing and financing I love my BoltOn!

    I was looking for a used car they had in inventory. It was very smooth and great communication, as good as I've experienced over many years.
    This used vehicle was being bought for a grandchild, which at the last minute I had a relative donate one of their cars for his use.
    Even when they found this out they couldn't have been more understanding.
    They will have my business in the future when I personally have a need which will be in the next 12 months.

    DO NOT PURCHASE CAR FROM HERE THEY SELL LEMONS AND UP THE ***** ON OLDER USED CARS WITH HIGH MILEAGE. Vehicle didn't last 8 months after being well maintained for the ****** miles I had it. Complete engine failure. They claim it's too risky to buy back but had no problem charging me double the cars value when it was purchased. They knew it wouldn't even hold up the for the length of the loan. Service advisor told me this is a known issue with this car then why did y'all sell it and say it was ok? They don't value you as a person just want to make a sell. Stay away from here.I drove back to my hometown and have stuck for almost a month now and they will do nothing because I drove home like I can dictate when a car is going to breakdown. Its going to cost ****** for *** to install a new engine which I went there after their Service advisor ***** told me to do so because theres an open recall on the engine.

In your case, we have gone to great lengths with continued and detailed communications to explain the importance of maintaining an aged vehicle prior to and after the purchase. To reiterate, when an older vehicle is sold, (such as your Kia with a recorded 140,000 miles at the time of purchase in April 2022), customers are provided written disclaimers as well as knowledge of ownership responsibilities on the possible risks of such a purchase. In addition, we provide limited powertrain protection as long as all maintenance services are kept current and we encourage customers to continue with the BG policy.

    During our most recent conversation, we learned your vehicle is at a Tennessee dealership and you are faced with a decision based on their recommendations. Upon your return to Texas, we are always open to inviting you back to the dealership regarding the aged Kia. We assure you we value you as our customer and we remain available to continue to share our knowledge and vehicle advice.
