      I have called Cantrell Roofing ,LLC in ******,** several times and have not gotten any response back ...I'm still under warranty after TWO roofs ( hail storms ) were installed this last year by Cantrell . I have notified **** , my insurance company . They have offered to use their lawyers . I have a revent pipe that was broken on the side of the roof that protrudes outside for venting . I'm sure it was an accident but the fact they don't even come and check and pay for the repairs is very disappointing . NO one has been on the roof except the roofers that have repaired it from the two hail storms . Ignoring a customer with the business I gave them ...not responding to several attempts and calls is not worth anyones business .

      They did a great job on the roof and cleaning up afterwards, they even came back when I thought the roof was leaking. *** showed me that it was the dye used on the treatment of the wood.Thank you!
