    We have been having an issue with Hyper Fusion not canceling our service. We canceled in February and they have yet to stop our service and continue to bill us. They also have not picked up their equipment. Which I would like for them to come get. I have proof of all my messages and their 2 response I wish I could post them all on here. Also they claim to be "Best Internet Provider" 3 years running by locals and BBB Accredited. But BBB says they are not BBB Accredited. This company is ridiculous!!! Service sucks!!!

    Horrible customer service they do not qualify for 1 star that I added to write this review! We have been without service for over a month and prior to that service was unstable. **************** doesn't respond to any requests we get occassional emails/texts stating they will be fixing service. These issues are affecting all customers in many different regions, some of them prepaid a year in advance and are now stuck. The reason I know this is because they had a discord we could post issues too. They have now turned off discord so that no one can communicate how bad their service is or get updates that are truthful. Please read complaints before considering signing up to be a customer. You will see they carry an F rating with the BBB not the falsely advertised A+. Good luck there are other service providers in the area that are worthy but this is not one of them.

    These boys have been just as sweet as honey off a bee's back. When I needed help troubleshooting, that head gentleman in the office was so helpful! He took his time and was so thorough. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. They may be busy & internet speeds may be fast, but he sure knew how to take his time getting all my needs met.

    Horrible customer service. Unreliable internet service. Treats their subscribers like the are unappreciated. Once again they failed to appear for a service call. And par for their course. Do not answer phone, texts, or emails.

    Horrible Customer Service.Wait, to have horrible ***************** you would need someone to actually reply or even pick up the phone. The phone line support basically tells you to ****** off. I have not heard back in almost 2 weeks of the Fiber Line Cut.

    Hyperfusion provides a much needed high speed option in rural areas around Burnet bit is a small business that struggles to keep up with demand. Took a while to get installed but once up and running the service is solid and fast. Customer support is prompt when needed.
