    In July 2023, I contacted a different company (Aqua Life) regarding a quote for a water softener, and within a few minutes, this company (Corpus Great Water Solutions) contacted me stating that they had gotten my request. (This in itself is highly suspicious. How are they getting contact information from a different entity's website?)The "owner," ****, came out the next day and quoted us the price and stated that he would send a check for the first 6 months of our financed payments. This came out to $585.00. He promised that as soon as the financing was finalized, he'd put a check in the mail. It has been 6 months and we have still not received this payment. After the installation, his guys did not turn the irrigation system back on, which caused our yard and 2 trees to die (we were out of town for several weeks and unaware that the system had not been turned back on). The reason why they didn't turn it on is explained in the next part of the complaint.The next issue is that his guys who came to install the softener had to dig a trench through our yard. In the process of this, they damaged our irrigation system, causing it to continuously leak on one side of the house. Until we realized that the leak was there, our water bill skyrocketed because of a continuous water run for a couple months. This is still unresolved and we have been unable to use our sprinkler system since.Another issue we ran into is that the guys who installed the unit outside ran a string of multiple short, cheap extension cords (like you'd use for small electronics) along the side of the house. They have disconnected from one another several times during windy days, causing the unit to shut off randomly. Also, the outlet box they plugged into is now useless for any of our other needs.I have reached out multiple times to **** to resolve these issues, and he has not responded. He responded to initial correspondence, but then has not been in contact since. He is ignoring me.

    **** is awesome! I talked to him about a year ago, and he kept in contact while I was waiting for my new home to be built. He is very patient, professional, he listened to and answered all of my questions. He also honored the quote/price that he gave me the previous year.Installing the system took about an hour. They were quick, clean, and then explained how everything worked and answered any questions that I had.I am happy that I decided to go with this company!
