      Toyota Sales had failed to explain what exactly is being paid. I thought i was paying one amount but now its a completely different amount. The car is now breaking down and i only had the care for a year and half. The sales team screwed me over. Also, the service **** refused to listen and help me. They just assumed i had no idea what i was talking about, two different answers to the same question and very unprofessional about the whole situation. Wanted me to pay more money for the same service when it should have been checked the first time.

      I purchased a 2024 Toyota on April 13 and only received a set of keys. We were told Bryan College Station Toyota they were going to get another set and call me. That never happened. Now it's May 7, and we still have only one set of keys. My fear is losing this set and not having a backup set. After spending $52,000 on a Toyota Tundra, I believe they should do everything in their power to get another set of keys. It's not our fault Bryan College Station Toyota lost the other set. After several phone calls and no response, I feel Bryan College Station Toyota is putting us off or giving us the runaround. I'm asking the Better Business Bureau if you can step in and assist us in this matter.
