    Parker communications trenched through both sides of my front lawn to install a fiber cable. They severed an irrigation line and covered it back up. Because of that I had 2 non functional sprinkler heads and a large water leak pouring out of my driveway. I reached out to the company to let them know and they agreed to repair it on 7/19/23. Nobody ever came by so I called again but they did not answer. I missed a call from them on the 21st saying they were sorry for not letting me know he couldnt come by and that they would call me the following Monday. I never received a call but when I came home from work I noticed some dead sod where the broken irrigation line was located which I thought was odd cause I never told them which side the leak was located. Because I was never able to communicate with the person who was completing the repair the sprinkler heads still don’t work. Also the repair was not done well the sod is dead and dry and there’s still a good amount of loose dirt around the sod.

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They tore up my yard twice and I had to call both times over a month to get them to fix it the first time. Currently waiting to have them come back out and fix it again. Terrible service.

    We are sorry to hear you've had a less than satisfactory interaction with our crews. We strive to leave construction sites in the best condition possible. Our QC coordinator has put a priority on your restoration. We are currently awaiting a delivery of sod this week to complete the restoration and will reach out to you to confirm completion.

    Returning customer lawns to pre-drilling conditions is a priority at Parker Communications. We offer multiple types of sod and complete yard clean ups within 3 days. All grass is watered when placed and takes approximately 2 weeks to become green again. If your sod did not survive we would be happy to replace it.
