            I paid $400 total for private lessons for my three young children. On the third ******* we showed up to her house on ********** was not there. We called & texted and waited, but she never showed up but her car was there. We were hesitant to go to our last ****** because its a 30 minute drive & we still hadnt heard back from her. I decided to not go since I still hadnt gotten any texts or phone calls from her. It wasnt until the following week that she called me back with zero explanation as to what happened & only proceeded to try & reschedule me for 2 weeks out & a week in between our remaining classes. I told her I would prefer a refund since I felt like I cant rely on her anymore & the days were too far out. After some resistance to this request, she finally said she would refund ******* has been over a month. I have called a dozen *********** finally answered today. She promptly hung up on me when I mentioned the ************* me to vmail when I called back.

            HORRIBLE! Do not take your children here. While Carol seems nice enough, her pool, house and yard are FILTHY. The yard is extremely overgrown with weeds, there are broken toys/items all over the yard. The adjoining screened in room next to pool has a hot tub drained with nasty stuff all over the bottom that kid could just easily fall into. My son needed to go #2 and Carol told us to go into the house to use her restroom. I gasped and my son got scared the second we walked in. It was filth and hoarding like I've never before seen in my life. Mounds of clothes/junk/trash were piled up on floor..there was barely a walkway to get through. The bathroom looked as if it had never been cleaned...my son started crying and said "Mommy, clean it!". I made him hold my hand and walk right back out..I pray that he forgets it. Needless to say, we did not return after our fist ****** and are now out $400.This is no environment for children to be in. She needs to be shut down.
