I was given a follow-up appt. to see my new Psychiatrist because the last one I saw had left the company. While I was signing up for my appt. they asked to renew my personal data. I was in the process of completing it when the admitting nurse called me up. I told her I lacked about 5 questions on the data they asked me for and I wanted to finish it. She seemed to be put out about, something about staying on schedule, so I picked up the data packet and followed her to the room. I was a little irritated about her tone and manner. I went in and wanted to continue to fill my data and she started reviewing my over-all prescription med status which is quite lengthy. I told her that I had sent them an updated prescription list and surgery list which were current and, once again, quite lengthy. Instead of accepting my data she wanted to review each prescription. She kept pushing my already upset buttons which lengthened the admitting time which she seemed to be concerned about. I arrived on time and had waited already more than 15 minutes for the appt. So I didn't see what she was getting irritated about. I was trying to save time but she was not having any care about that. I could see she was just continuing to irritate me and left the doctor's ******* She had waster my time and was not very customer friendly. I called her office manager and told her about her rude behavior and that as long as she was at that ****** office, which by the way is where I live and is most convenient for, I would no longer be visiting them at that ******* I then made an appt. at their Stone Oak, S.A. office, which is a *********************** When I got to their office for my appt. they asked me to fill out the registration data again. I told them that I had already filled it out in their ****** ******* They called and had no record of it. I asked to speak to the office manager and advised her of the trouble I had with their admitting nurse in ******. She told me they were moving their office to their location in ****** and that Admitting Nurse was a permanent employee and I would have to deal with her there. I told her to prepare my limited records there and I would be getting a new Psychiatrist and for them to send them to them when requested and that I was very disappointed with their actions. So another wasted trip and continued agitation. I would not recommend them to anybody. Zero rating.
