Cancellation fee is zero 90 days or more from date of departure, $100.00 prior to 30 days of departure and $200.00 within 30 days of departure.
Many times, as a courtesy, we will allow a reschedule for any future date without penalty as long as tentative dates are reserved within 30 days on cancellation.
Deposit refunds will be made within 10 business days from the date of check-in provided there is no damage to vehicle.
There are no refunds for early returns.
All additional policies are covered in the reservation agreement, rental documents and/or terms and conditions of rental.
