            Purchased a playground set from ******** Backyard - location: ****************************************************************************************** - Sales Person: ******************************* - on 05/07/2021 for $4,800. ******** Backyard refuses to deliver playground set, refuses to refund my money and indirectly accusing me of fraud due to a check he says was given to me to provide me with change in the amount of $20 and cashed for $2,000. I never received such check. I have offered to assist with the investigation. I have made myself and my finances available to him and his investigator and he refuses to cooperate. I have patiently waited for resolution but he continues to be difficult and refuses to delivered goods purchased or refund my money.             Where do I begin.From the initial contact with ******** to working late the first day I asked them for quotes with the owner himself ****** to the two gentlemen (Nate and *****) that delivered and installed my daughters play set. Theyre wonderful. ****** stayed with me through the entire process of getting approved and choosing the perfect set for our budget. They are very busy but made it happen for me and my family all in less then 24 hours from the 1st initial call. They use the very best swing sets and their prices are so much better then a lot of their competitors. Everyone else was booked out for 4-6 weeks out and it didnt matter to the other companys that I was trying to get it before my daughters 5th Birthday this Sunday. When I explained my situation to ****** he told me right away that he would make it happen and he did! Thank you guys. Im extremely happy with this purchase. For many years of fun play time! Dont go anywhere else, thats guys are the best. ****** the owner loves what he does and my childrens safety and above all satisfaction was his main concern. You guys are the best!
