      My car was at Ford of Boerne being fixed, this was after it had already been there once and they didnt fix the problem but charged us $1500, and when they finished it our sales **** *****, told me we were going to have to pay again for it. I was livid since we had just paid and what I paid for was not fixed. When I went to pick up our car I also find out that ***** had given out all of our personal information to someone who we have an order of protection against. And when I say personal information, I told them where we were at that moment why we had our car in our financial situation my phone number everything. I complained to the general there and he told me that they would do anything to make it right and then proceeded to do nothing and have still done nothing. They charged us $1500 and didnt fix what they were supposed to. They triedto charge us again and on top of that gave out our personal information to someone who we have an order with the court to stay from us and did nothing to make it right didnt apologize and as far as I know, ***** still works there. My family and I have hadto change our phone numbers. I have thought about moving. We have to drive for cars now which we cant afford. Its caused chaos in our life and Ford Of Boerne take no responsibility for anything. But why would they? Theyre a big company and one customer doesnt really matter that much to them. We are more of anannoyance than anything. I would love to have someone help me, but I dont even know where to start with that and dont really have thetime. Maybe you can help me.

      We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised and value all feedback, as it allows us to improve our service.
      Upon inspection of the vehicle, our technicians identified two separate issues. The first issue was diagnosed and repaired appropriately. Unfortunately, vehicle systems are complex, and resolving one issue does not necessarily prevent others from occurring. After the initial repair was completed, a new and unrelated problem became apparent.
      We understand how frustrating vehicle repairs can be, especially when multiple issues arise in a short time. However, we want to clarify that both issues were independent of one another, and the second required a different repair that was not connected to the first.
      We remain committed to transparency and quality service, and we are always available to review repair details or answer any questions our customers may have.

      Ford of Boerne lied in the response they sent you just like they did to me causing me to write the complaint. They disregarded most of what I said in my complaint and offered no resolution regarding the breach of privacy. Had I not received the message telling me that I didnt need to do anything unless they had contacted me directly, I would have rejected the nonexistent resolution they offered. What can I do to open my case again? Please tell me there is something that I can do.
