    I have filed a claim through Maytag for a repair of my washing machine. It took some time to get them out to service it, then diagnose some parts they didn't have on hand and come back to repair on the 14th of Apr. The first time I used the machine since then (17 Apr), I realized it's making a horrible noise during the cycle. They replaced many parts (including significant gears/clutch assembly that spins the washer. It is obvious the repair wasn't done correctly. I ask for them to return on the original claim/order because it wasn't repaired and they refused. They said I have to make another claim through my warranty. They didn't complete the fix for my washer from the previous case, so they should have to still fix what they were paid to do.The machine is making incredibly loud noises/screeching when it is spinning. There was noise issues with the original complaint, and this seems to have only made it worse.

    January 4th Technician arrived and explained diagnostic fee and then looked at our Whirlpool Refrigerator. Ice maker needed repair and the refrigerator was also randomly tripping breaker. Electrician already troubleshot the problem. The electrician indicated that it was not an electrical problem. The technician did diagnostic tests but could not determine breaker issue. By process of elimination, he suggested that the ************* might need replaced. I agreed to the repair. He stated that he thought the parts were in stock and we set a repair order for the next week. The day before the repair appointment, I received a text indicating that all of the parts were not available and that they would have to reschedule the appointment. The day after the cancelled appointment I received another text indicating that they would notify me of when the part arrives. I continued to receive these texts every week until finally on February 13th I received a text stating that the part had arrived and to click on a link to schedule an appointment. During this time, I did call a few times and talk to a representative who checked to make sure the part hadnt arrived yet. On February 15th the same technician arrived to repair the refrigerator. He ran the diagnostic tests again and again stated that he couldnt determine the cause and that the replacement of the ************* may not fix the problem and gave me the option of not having it replaced. I appreciated his honesty in the matter and him giving me the option to not have it installed. I went ahead and had him install it anyway, which he did as well as repairing the ice maker. Now at the end of February, the refrigerator is working fine and had not tripped the breaker. The technician was polite, honest, professional and respectful of our house. All in all Im satisfied with the service. The only negative was the wait for the part, which was not really the fault of the company. I would use their services again if necessary.
