Date of service:6-16-22 Amount I paid:$872.58 They were called by police to have vehicle towed.Service start time on paperwork shows 7:05pm and end time as being 8:05pm. They charge $250 for every half hour but they are overcharging me with a half hour because I was there when they towed my vehicle. My friend and I followed the tow truck in her vehicle to the towing yard. My friend shows on her phone call log that she called the tow office at 7:34pm and about **** minutes later they let us in,I paid to get my vehicle out of impound and we left and it wasn't even 8:00pm yet. I don't agree with being charged another half hour which is $250 and when I called to speak to someone at Paige towing the lady was not at all helpful,she was rude,kept talking over me not letting me speak, and just kept repeating herself. I explained to her that it was not a full hour and I was overcharged(I called the next day on 6-17-22)and she kept repeating that those are their rates. Nothing was resolved on that call,she even hung up on me. I went online to read their reviews and I saw I wasn't the only customer to have issues with them. The man who towed my vehicle,***********************,also was of no help,he was the one that filled out the paperwork and overcharged me. I understand they have to run a business but they are overcharging wherever they can and I would like my $250 back that I was overcharged.
