  I didnt understand I was signing up for a membership that only included 4 stickers that come no where close to the amount they are charging of $19.95 per month..I thought I was entitled to discounts on merchandise that I have never ordered beyond receive a cup with their name on *** have requested a refund and cancellation..than you

  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We understand that you requested a cancellation after the invoice and shipment dates. Per our Refund Policy, the following items are considered tangible and therefore non-returnable making them non-refundable (all stickers and catalogs.) We apologize for any confusion.

  We used to sell 1 sticker (same size) for $8.99/each and it was a Top Seller. The ********************** has them discounted to only $4.99/each and is our Number 1 favorite subscription. We have members who have stayed on it for over 2 years and love them. But we understand, stickers are not for everyone

  In light of your dissatisfaction with the quality or quantity of our stickers, we want to make things right. As a gesture of goodwill, we will issue a courtesy refund of $19.95 for your most recent charge. Your subscription has already been cancelled and you will not receive any further billing or shipments unless you sign back up.

  I have requested to be canceled. Many times but keep charges my account...please refund all my money because I canceled... was a mistake but never got canceled .Must be scam..you would have canceled as I had requested..

  SCAM ARTIST- BE WARNED I should have known when I had to pay to joined the survey team however I thought they may be vetting ** so I did . I have received nothing but spam mail, offers to buy things , there are no free products as promised just coupon codes ro shop their ****** priced items . I have requested my money back and they won't return emails. I have posted on ******** and they delete my comments . Total scam , I want out and my money back !!! All I received was a stupid sticker and a bunch of BS in my email . Horrendous how many people they have probably ripped off !!!! Also they don't tell you until after you sign up that the beta tester time is limited so nothing they offered to get you to sign up is real

  Hello ****, it sounds like there is a lot of confusion so let us help clear things up. We are not scamming anyone and you did get everything you were promised. You joined our Rustic Beta Team on 8/1/23 and that came with a welcome letter, welcome sticker and the $7 Beta Pass which permits instant access to our Rustic Beta Members Area. That is a digital product and is our intellectual property so once seen cannot be seen and therefore per our Refund Policy is non-refundable. But If you did not join the Members Area after given repeated access then you would have missed out on all the Saving Benefits available to you. All Surveys are delivered via the Members Area and you are instantly rewarded with Coupons, Free Gift Cards and Free Products (On Later Surveys) in exchange for your feedback. We do also give you Free Samples of our Candle products, Free Access to Digital Farmhouse Decor and access to a Private Raffle to Win FREE Farmhouse Decor monthly as a added benefit. None of your Coupons or Gift Cards Expire Ever, so you are free to use them at any time. And yes, we email you with Sales and Promotions during the Holidays just like any other business. You can unsubscribe from our email list anytime with the link at the bottom of each email. But since you had such a bad experience on our Team, we have made an exception to our Refund Policy and issued you a full $7 refund on 9/12/23. Please allow the banks 3-5 business days to return your funds. Again, we apologize for any confusion or misunderstandings. We have since rebranded our Rustic Beta Team into the Rustic Survey Team to clearly identify what it is... A Survey Program. Current but not all future Beta Testing has Ceased.   This company started to take ***** a month from my checking account without my authorization. They sent 3 stickers to me twice and was charged the *****. I killed my card so they could not continue ro charge me for something that ha zero value. I joined as a beta tester. They only thing they have sent is the stickers. I never agreed to have ***** a month deducted from my account. This is a scam do not join to be a part of testing products.

It looks like when you joined the Team on 6/29/23 you also elected to get the Farmhouse Tumbler which was an optional promo item for New Joins of the *********************** It comes with a Farmhouse Tumbler at 85% OFF and the 1st four Funny Farmhouse Stickers Free on a 14 Day Free Trial. After that, all other shipments are only $19.95/Mo. All the terms are listed prior to you joining for your understanding. But we recently made some improvements to make sure everyone is ******* clear that this is a subscription. The Beta Team now rebranded as the Rustic Survey Team is not a subscription or scam, it is a Survey Program where you get rewarded for your feedback. It looks like you were a member of the ********************** for 2 months outside your free trial. All subscriptions have been cancelled per your request.   I spent money. Got a book to buy stuff and stickers. Spent more money. Got nothing. Spent more money and then finally got warming tarts for the house. They don't even smell the house up. Then I just got charged two separate charges of ***** this month. No explanation when I asked. I did contact them. It's a subscription so they say. I cancelled. Don't get roped into this.

Unfortunately your request slipped through the cracks somehow and we are issuing you a full refund now because of it. Our Customer Portal is the fastest way to manage your subscriptions due to our small staff size.
